Accountability and Transparency for District 3
In 2023, our property taxes were increased without a clear explanation of why current budgets couldn't be trimmed first. When I reached out to our commissioners for answers, I was met with silence.
I’m running because District 3 deserves a representative who answers inquiries, explains their vote, and treats your tax dollars with the same respect they treat their own.
Transparent Leadership
I won't just vote; I’ll research and communicate. I will proactively seek input from constituents and provide clear reasoning for every decision made on the commission.
Fiscal Responsibility
Government should function like a household budget. Before we ask taxpayers for more, we must look at what we can cut or defer. Increasing revenue should be the absolute last resort, not the first move.
Managed Growth
As Lincoln County grows, we must protect our agricultural heritage. I will ensure re-zoning only happens when our infrastructure—schools, water, and first responders—can actually support it.
Independent, Data-Driven Decisions
With 35 years of experience at NASA, I make decisions based on data and common sense, not by simply following the lead of longtime politicians. It’s time for a fresh, analytical perspective.
